About me
-
I am a born and raised Vermonter (shoutout Bolton VT).
I did my undergraduate bachelors at Endicott College in Beverly, MA studying Athletic Training. After graduation in 2019 I drove down to Texas State University to start my Masters program in Athletic Training. In Texas I worked with Texas Lutheran University, specifically the Women's Volleyball and Softball teams. I offered them my AT services, created Injury Prevention Program's for these teams and developed rehab programs for individual athletes while overseeing their care and treatment post-injury. After graduating in 2021 with my masters in athletic training, I accepted a job at a local high school in Vermont and have been working with youth to adult athletes for 5 years.
I love to hike, spend time with my furry friends (my cats Tito and Stephen, and dog Woody), and travel around the world! Oh, and eat yummy food all the time!

I want everyone (women and girls especially) to be able to say yes to: adventure, to helping your friend move out of their apartment, to carrying the heavy grocery bag, to challenging the boys and men with ANYTHING, ANYWHERE (sorry boys, love you though)! I have seen far too many individuals, primarily women struggle with confidence in their personal life, in the gym, at work etc. and I want to flip the script. I want to build confidence and strength from the ground up. I want each and every person who chooses my programming to ascend in multiple aspects of their life. So, my "why"? It is to help humans feel supported, strong and (excuse my french) badass. Bodies are built to move. Bodies are built to climb. Let's ascend together!

I work primarily with women who want to feel strong and capable — whether they’re getting back into movement, maintaining their strength, or looking to progress safely and intentionally.

My coaching centers on functional movement and strength training that carries over into everyday life. I believe strength isn’t just about lifting heavier weights — it’s about moving with confidence, building consistency, and supporting your body long-term! One word: LONGEVITY!

Virtual training allows me to work with a variety of clients, and meet them where they are in their training. Going virtual has offered flexibility, support, and consistency without the pressure of a gym environment (feeling like a trainer is breathing down your neck).
With virtual training, you will have the opportunity for form checks through video's - either uploaded in the app, or via a scheduled virtual meeting.
