Do you already have your own programming you love? Great! Do you only want help with one particular area of your training? This is the program for you! If you want to be able to do 3 pull ups, or 10 pushups, if you want to deadlift X amount of weight, or work on core stability, this program can help you achieve your goal! This program will offer you 2-3 exercises that you can incorporate into your current training that will help you reach your exercise goal.

Don’t have the ability to go to a gym? No problem. If you have some equipment at home, this program may be your new best friend!

Are you interested in changing the way you live day to day? Do you want to be able to say “yes” more to activities with friends and family? Do you want to strengthen your body in case you one day need to ride a dragon named Tairn, or become Aelin Ashryver Galathynius (where are my romantasy book lovers at?!)? If you answered yes to all of those questions, then this is the program for you! This program is for beginners who are not sure where or how to start. This program will introduce you to the weight lifting world while simultaneously dipping your toes into the waters of cardio. Yep, cardio! I am not talking marathons, I am talking cardio through exercises, yes it is possible! Don’t get me wrong, we will be utilizing cardio machines as well.

If you have some experience with lifting but you struggle with form, or when and how to increase weight, this is the program for you! Have you been working out but not following a progressive overload program? Do you workout but sometimes get confused with the proper form technique? Look no further! This program will not only help with strength, but also endurance, confidence and form. Form is very important to avoid injury, so in this program you will send videos to your trainer every couple weeks for form check-ins. In this program, you will learn the “method to the madness”, and understand why certain exercises are in a superset together.

Advanced. For individuals who have a few years or more experience with lifting, agility, running, and functional training. If you grew up playing sports and continued to be active well after you graduated from sports, this is the plan for you! Or, if you did not grow up playing sports but you have grown a new affinity to weight lifting, running, and functional training, you would enjoy this program!
