  • Through an app called TrueCoach! You create an account and login.

    Once you are in, and I assign you your individualized program, you will be able to see your weekly workouts!

    In TrueCoach you can also message me, upload progress pictures, comment on your workouts (to track weights & help with progressive overload) & see your workout history and weights you used previously, and finally, TrueCoach allows you to upload videos for form/assessment checks! This is super helpful at preventing injury and making sure you are doing the exercise correctly.

    • Remote coaching: Fully remote programs with customized workouts, video technique review, and regular check-ins—perfect for those who prefer to train anytime, anywhere!

    • Program design: Development of longer-term training plans, including periodization, goal-specific cycles, and adjustments as your needs change.

    • Movement assessments & mobility sessions: Detailed movement screens and targeted mobility work to identify limitations, reduce injury risk, and improve performance.

    • Personalized fitness for all levels—beginner to advanced—built around your goals so you progress confidently.
